Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

I did not expect my family to love this recipe. But they did, we prepared it for SuperBowl and it was great. Thanks for a great addition to all our future Mexican nights!!

Beth's Tex Mex Dip

I used this recipe for SuperBowl, it was great. It was gone before we even started eating. The only thing I changed, I added salsa to it. I meant to use jalepeno's as suggested but didn't have any. So I went with the chile peppers and it was good. Thanks Beth.
