Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

I made this to feed about 40 people. They all said it was great! I wouldn't change a thing in the recipe except maybe add a little (and I mean little) liquid smoke. Gives it a kick!

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

not the best i've ever had. i'm glad i cut the sugar in half. otherwise, it would have been too sweet.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
