Chicken Lo Mein

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2008
This was very tasty! The only thing I changed was that I used bottled ginger b/c that was what I had. Other than that, I stuck to the recipe. I will admit, this didn't taste like any lo mein I have ever had, but it was delicious - I will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe!

I baked this recipe instead of grilled and maybe that was the problem. It just didn't have much flavor. I will not make again. Sorry.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
This was so delicious! I wish I could give it ten stars...I marinated the tenderloins overnight and didn't have sesame oil so I used olive oil instead. I also baked it at 375 for 45 minutes - I can't imagine it being any better! Thanks for sharing!

Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
I followed the ingredient list exactly, but used boneless, skinless breasts. I marinated all day. This was really tasty. I served with broccoli and white rice and used the leftover marinade as a sauce on the rice. The leftovers were even better! Thanks!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
These were pretty tasty. I used low sodium soy sauce and they weren't too salty (and I don't really care for salt). I marinated for 8 hours and then baked. I will definately make thesea again. Thanks!

This was great! I think next time maybe I will add a little sour cream to make it a bit creamier, but it was great just the way it is also. Thanks!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
Yummy, yummy, yummy! I have been cold all day and refused to grill, so I just put this with all of the marinade in the oven and cooked it that way. Some of the sauce separated, but it was still so delicious! I marinated it for about 8 hours. I always over-marinate. I made rice and put some of the sauce over the rice. Thanks for a great recipe! I am trying hard not to go get more!

Tzatziki Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
This was delicious!!! I used dried dill because that was all I had and it was still great. I will definitely try fresh next time, but I don't see this getting any better! I used this with the Grecian Pork Tenderlion on this site and made gyros out of it with this sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

This was pretty good, but it was missing something. After we had them on our plates and had tasted them, I cut up a lemon and added that. That made them better. Thanks for the recipe.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
I followed the recipe exactly except I cooked the loins in the oven as opposed to the grill. I marinated them overnight. I put the tenderloins and all of the marinade ina pan in the oven. I am not a grill master and I didn't want to risk ruining what appeared to be a yummy dinner! It was! My mother and daughter thought it was too 'limey' and it could have been a bit more subtle with the citrus flavor, but I still thought it was delicious. I would make again just like it was. I warmed some pita bread and cut up the tenderloins and put them in the pita pockets with romaine, onion, feta cheese and the cucumber sauce from Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce from this site. Great dinner and healthy too! Thanks for the recipe!

This was delicious! I followed the recip exactly except I used bottled ginger. All of the ingredients, including the cabbage and green onions complimented each other so well. I made rice and used some of the sauce for my rice. I think one thing I really loved about this recipes was that is was so easy, yet so different. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
This soup was very good. I didn't have any fresh jalapenos so I just used the pickled ones and I put too many in so it was very spicy, but still good. Next time, I will only put a few. Also, I wasn't paying attention and cooked my chicken first before I put it in and then realized I was supposed to cook the chicken in the broth! It still turned out great! It tastes just like the tortilla soup at On The Border. Thanks for the recipe!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
DELICIOUS! These were easy and tasted wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly except I made more than 12 because I had a lot of filling left over (maybe my mushrooms were small). I had two people ask me for the recipe. You can definitely taste the cayenne. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
I hate it when people change the recipe, but I did so out of necessity. I didn't have dried basil so I used fresh and also just used regular tomatoes because it was all I had. I seared the chops and then baked. This was delicious! I will definitely make these again and again. Thanks for the great recipe!
