Peach Cobbler II

I have made this 3 times now and think it's great! I only gave it 4* because I feel like there is a little something missing. The last time I made it I added a tsp. of vanilla to the batter and sprinkled just a bit of brown sugar on top of the peaches. I think this made it even better :)

Greek Pasta Salad I

Loved it! The only changes I made were garden corkscrew pasta and green olives instead of black. I started with half of the vinegar and gradually added more to suit our tastes. Will definitely be making again!

Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

I just have to say that I'm not a big fan of spaghetti so I wasn't very hopeful when I made this. It was GREAT!! Will definitely be making this again. The only changes I made were just a little less spaghetti noodles and 1 cup of parmesan and no romano. Fantastic!!

Carolyn's Orange Rolls

These have a very nice light Orange flavor that I didn't find too sweet at all. The dough is quite hard to work with and while they are wonderful fresh out of the oven we didn't like them very well the next day. If I were to make again I would definitely make less.

Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

As much as I wanted to like this casserole...I didn't. Maybe with a different soup such as cream of mushroom I would like it better. The sour cream taste was just too strong for me and the texture wasn't very appealing. Kids didn't care for it either.
