I'm sorry. This sounded wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly and it was so bland and tasteless. Nobody in my family would eat it.

This is a great dish. Even my picky three year old went back for seconds. Has a great garlic favor. The only thing I will do different next time is use more shrimp.

A very refreshing change! Instead of the seeds I added a bit of purple onion and real bacon bits. YUMMY!

These were very good however I found them to be very time consuming also. If you have time for all the chopping and cooking then you'll probably love them. I may make again if I have the hubby to help me :)

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
I'd say this was definitely a hit since everyone except my oldest cleaned their plate and even she said it was better than most pork chops. (She HATES pork chops). I do think you could get by with half the ingredients since I made more than 6 pork chops and still had a good half left. I melted the butter a stick at a time as I needed it and ended up using app. a stick and 1/4 of another. I sprayed my pans with non-stick spray 1st. rolled my chops in the mixture patting them good to be sure they were covered and they were nice and brown when I took them out of the oven. Not soggy in the least. Great recipe just needs minor adjustments!

Simple Beef Stroganoff

Me and my family enjoyed this very much. I did read alot of the reviews before deciding on this one. I did listen to one that said to add a extra can of soup and mushroom. I also did add a can of milk to make more gravy. I think I would rather serve it over rice though. Overall it was very delicious.

I was going to make plain old porkchop and stumbled across and I am so thankful that I did. It was fantastic. I loved it. My husband loved it and so did our picky children. I followed the recipe....just added some more mushrooms. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

These cookies were fantastic. Everyone loved them. The recipe is easy too read and they are so simple to make. I did use butter flavored shortening. This recipe makes ALOT of cookies. But the recipe is very very very easy to cut in half. Just half all the ingredients. Wonderful Wonderful!!!

This is a great tasting recipe! I used apple cidar vinegar for the red wine vinegar called for to make the sauce. Recipe was easy to follow and my family loved it. The next day I reheated the leftover meat, it on deli rolls and made barbaque pork sandwichs.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
This soup is FABULOUS!!! The only changes I made were to use 2% milk and added some instant potato flakes at the end to thicken more. No parsley. The flavor is exceptional! The only suggestion I would make is less pepper. It gets a little warm and the kids wouldn't eat it. The husband and I love it and will definitely be making again and again :) Oh and the more bacon the better.

TERRIFIC!! I used Jiffy mix and have made them 2 nights in a row now. The 2nd. time I added maybe an extra 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder. I haven't actually measured the parsley and garlic salt...just lightly sprinkled. Fabulous recipe!

Greek Salad V

I just can't tell you how much I loved this salad! The only changes I made were to use a regular cucumber, omitted the green pepper and used halved cherry tomatoes and regular olives. My husband and I ate it all. I made it again the very next night and made a double batch. It's been about a week and I can't wait to make it again. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
