Weekend Brunch Casserole

My family liked this recipe ,But my teenage son loved it so much He requested the leftovers for school breakfast the next morning! If you have teenagers you know how hard it can be sometimes to get them to try new things.

Good starting recipe But way, way too much sugar!! I could not eat, was too sweet. Next time I will decrease sugar and add in small increments.

Amish Meatloaf

This is alot like the meatloaf my mom makes, except for the bacon. I really like the flavor it adds to the dish. I've always use Rits instead of bread crumbs and diced onion. My family loved this one.

Honey Garlic Ribs

I enjoyed the sauce but cooked the ribs first covered in the oven for 1 hr on 350 then added sauce for another 25-30 min. They turned out great, seasoned perfect and very close to my favorite b-bque place.

White Chili II

A friend of mine's Father use to make this, unfortunately he passed away before I could get the recipe from him. Not only was this recipe delicious, but it also brought back some teenage memories of a man who could not only cook, but was an extrodinary person.

Rum or Bourbon Balls

My Aunt and my cousin fought every year over bourbon balls that a friend of the family send over at Christmas. Never have making these candies before I decided to give them each their very own container of them for Christmas. They LOVED them, and they will be recieving them every year from here on after.
