Chicken with Chipotle

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
I cooked this for my mexican husband and his family. They loved it. The sauce was absolutely delicious and this is coming from someone who doesn't even like chipotle peppers! We served the chicken over rice and poured the extra sauce on top. Fantastic! Thanks for a great recipe.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
This recipe was easy and oh so delicious! I absolutely love peanut butter so I knew this was going to be awesome. I made it for a 4th of July barbecue I had yesterday and everyone loved it. I will be making this again soon. Only thing different I did was to add chunks of chocolate to the top of the pie.

Awesome Roast Beef

I just got done eating this roast and it was delicious!!! It was oozing with flavor and so easy to make. I'm going to use the same recipe for pork tenderloin too. I did make one change and that was to add onion soup mix halfway through cooking. Yum!!!

I make this all the time and I love it! It's so easy to make and doesn't take any time at all! Only thing I do differently is to use no boil lasagna noodles to cut down on the time. Love it!

Carne Guisada II

The meat was extremely tender but I thought it was kind of bland. I added a lot of adobo to it to give it a little flavor. It tasted great with the rice so I'll definitely make it again and add more spices!!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
Wow! The flavor is fantastic. I change up the extracts though. I've used cherry and vanilla. Cherry & lemon. My favorite so far is lemon and coconut. I do not roll them out the recipe is too moist. I really don't want to add more flour becuse the flavor is perfect. It taste like a cheesecake cookie. My husbands favorite cookies now. The kids loved them just as much. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
Excellent dish! This is my favorite way to enjoy Chicken Tikka Masala - spicy and not too sweet. The thing is, typically at Indian restaurants, you get to choose your spicy level, and this one would rate pretty high on the spicy scale...with the whole jalapeno and all! As I said, that's just how I like it, but I had to add extra cream, lemon juice, and cinnamon to take some of the spice out for my boyfriend. I salted to taste at the end. Thanks to the advice of all the previous reviewers! Oh, yeah, make sure you put this over rice!

French Bread

I made this for dinner last night. They were a big hit. I made them into bread sticks and we dipped them into our potato soup. Soooo good. I made a double batch ( I have 5 kids ). With half the batch I put garlic powder and italian seasonings in the batter. Then on all of them after I put egg wash on them, I sprinkled garlic salt and parsley on top. Big hit with the family!!!! A keeper! Thank you for sharing.
