Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2005
Best cookies I have made, hands down! I make this recipe about once a week for my family. Suggestion for those doing this recipe the first time: for the softest cookies, use JUMBO EGGS. Some variations I have done: White chocolate and makadamia (sp?) nut, and M&Ms instead of chocolate. Just make sure you use the JUMBO EGGS and people will think you are a God when it comes to making cookies. This recipe is super easy!

Ranch Style Oyster Crackers

When I was a child, my grandfather used to make this recipe. I never knew the exact recipe he used when I was a child, but this recipe tastes the exact same. My children love this snack, year round. So easy to make, and yet so tastey! :)

Fabulous Homemade Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2005
We have made this bread recipe several times in our family. Very moist, very tastey! If you have not made this yet, you MUST. The hardest part for me is dividing it out into 6 equal parts. A must try!!!! I use this recipe to make the bread we use in our Church's Sacrament service each week. Its gets rave reviews always.

This is an excellent dish. I made it and everyone loved it. Few changes I made were, I cut the vinegar by half added more fetta cheese and I used fresh garlic, fresh basil salt pepper and freshly ground parmesan. Overall thanx the recipe is great

Quick Black Forest Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2004
This cake is so great that you can smell it all throughout the house even when it is in the oven! It looks great too, but you have to have the almond extract. That is what makes the cake. Without it, the cake is nothing. The glaze is great too!

This recipe was great! I accidentally messed up on the crust by melting the butter, but it tasted great anyway! I also didn't sprinkle the crust on top but sprinkled coconut instead. Two Thumbs Up!!!

They are great!!! I am in 9th grade and love to cook so I took them to school and gave them to some friends and they want more everyday. I am now even charging people for them. I am going to have to start selling them at basketball games!!!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

This recipe is GREAT! We had dinner guests last night, I searched for a quick and easy recipe, this one sounded pretty good so I tried it. I used real bacon bits and Mozzarella cheese (spread during the last 10 minutes of cook time). Everyone loved it. I will make it again.
