These were VERY bland to me. They tasted like a plain baked potato with too much basil. It definately needed more seasoning. I also could not taste the cheese.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

The whole family loved these. I will not be making mashed potatoes any other way. I did use sourcream instead of milk and added some parmesan cheese but this would be delicious without these changes. Thanks for a great recipe that turns plain mashed potatoes into a heavenly side dish!

Eggplant Parmesan II

This was my first time ever having Eggplant Parmesan and also my first time having eggplant. I liked it somewhat but when I was serving it, the eggplant was hard to cut through and made my presentation quiet sloppy due to the fiddling arround trying to get it out. Overall I liked the dish and I let the cheese on top get crispy. It smelled heavenly.

Vanilla Crepes

In my family we call these "Mexican Pancakes". The only difference is that they have cinnamon. We just ate them with some butter, but they were very good with some strawberries and whipped cream the next morning. The key is not to use too much oil or else the look doughy and fall apart in the pan. This recipe is a keeper!
