I really had high hopes for this dish, but 3 stars is about the best I can do. The sauce was SO lemony, that's all I could taste, so I had to do a lot of tweaking to get it to a point I'd feel comfortable serving. I added some chicken broth, milk, a little flour, and about a teaspoon of sugar to the wine/lemon juice and butter mixture. I did like the combination of bacon, capers, artichokes and mushrooms over the chicken, and after all my adjustments to the sauce, my husband really liked it. Bottom line, it was entirely edible, but not something I'd make again.
