This pizza dough was wonderful! I used 2 Tbsp Olive Oil instead of vegetable, and the flavor of this crust was delicious! It was so easy! I mixed the ingredients together in a bowl for about 5 minutes by hand, then kneaded for about another 5. I let the dough rest for 10 minutes under a clean towel, and proceeded to shape it. Yum! Thanks for such a wonderful, easy recipe!
After making this a few times, I have a little input.
After making this with Bread Flour, instead of all purpose, and letting it rise for 30 minutes, the dough produced was a very chewy, airy, pizza dough.
Making it with All Purpose flour, and letting it rest for 10 minutes, resulted in a crispy thin crust.
Both were delicious!
