Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed on May 4, 2009 by JENROBBINS
I am giving it 4 stars because I changed it and I used this as a base. I ommitted the veggies and lemon. I thought that fishy tasting veggies would not taste good. I melted the butter with the garlic and Old Bay seasoning. I poured the butter mixture over the fish. I baked for about 20 minutes. Then, I took about a cup of panko breadcrumbs with some parmesan cheese and spread that on top of the fish. I stuck it back in the oven until the breadcrumbs browned. My family LOVED it. Even my three year old loves it.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed on Apr. 28, 2009 by JENROBBINS
If you are looking for something simply and not fancy but with a great taste this is it! I rubbed the oil on the tenderloin first. Then, I did add garlic powder, onion powder and some salt and pepper. Then, I rolled it in the breadcrumbs. I thought that was the simplest way to do things. Easy and good!

Red Salad

Reviewed on Feb. 12, 2009 by Juliecienta
MMMM! Ensalada de Rus!!! My suegra taught me how to make this too! The mustard gives it a little zing and the beets are so sweet. It's like a jazzed up Potato Salad. My family likes it with eggs too and green peas.
