Cheddar Broccoli Chicken and Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2008
this recipe was okay... it is really easy to overcook the chicken and the chicken actually tastes better when you heat it through in the soup. all in all it was pretty goood, it lacked some flkavor so it needs some perfecting. please let me know if you come up with something to add to this wonderful recipe to make it even better.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2008
this recipe was really easy for only 2 people. I used cream of mushroom soup because i had that on hand with the celery soup and it turned out just as good. I had italian style meatballs and to add a bit more flavor to the soups i added seasonings but still turned out pretty good.

Italian Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2008
i made this recipe the first time i ever cooked for my boyfriend. He loved it. I added more cheese and paired with a classic risotta (which is easier to make than it looks) and paprike broccoli. It was a great dinner. i'll use this one always.

Monterey Chicken with Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
it was good changed it from mexican to italian because i did not have mexican cheese on hand at the time however, definately needs salt and pepper as well as seasonings, and cook the potatos longer than 10 minutes the first go around. Most of ours were cooked but many were still hard. i would guess about 15 to 20 minutes longer the first time so that you do not dry the chicken out the second cooking time.

these are amazing i use red potatoes and then judge cooking time from there are they are smaller pieces. My mom uses steak seasoning with out the garlic and salt and i use italian seasoning without the garlic and they are just as tasty

i had to be creative with this recipe as i did not have averything on had and i wanted it to be faster. so i used a fair amount of italian seasonings rather than buying them all seperately. and it really was amazing.... it really is foolproof

i loved this recipe. I used a few variations offered in reviews and made my own bread crumbs. i even ate the leftovers at work the next day and it was still moist and great. I always like to add extra cheese so it was really amazing. My boyfriend and his brother loved it too.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
This was pretty yummy! I assembled them the night before and wrapped the cookie sheets in saran wrap. I baked them as normal in the morning. It did make a big mess on my pans but I washed them asap so it was pretty easy to clean. I did not use toothpicks and they stayed together on their own (I placed the seam side down on the cookie sheet). I also put them in the crockpot at work with some maple syrup and the pan drippings. These were gone in no time and my coworkers loved them. I would make this again :)

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: May 25, 2008
Ive modified this recipe by increasing the salt to a tablespoon and adding a little extra olive oil. I use the rapid rise yeast and add about 1 tablespoon of italian herbs. After the dough rises for about a half hour, i halve it and make 2 thin crust pizzas. Delish! Im glad we finally started making our own crust! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Blueberry Banana Bread

Made this recipe the other day. I didnt used shortening....I dunno why the idea freaked me out but it did so I just used butter. And I substituted brown sugar...which I think was a mistake. This bread is very tasty but I think it needed a touch more sugar or...something. I will try to make this again :)
