Asian Style Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
This was great! I used two pounds of ground pork and beef to make a bigger one. I also added some soy sauce and more ketchup to the glaze, because I thought the hoisin was a bit too much. I could not believe how delicious this was! I will definately make this again.

Mashed Potato Cakes

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
I made these because I had so many mashed potatoes left over from Thanksgiving. I thought they were okay, but I'm not sure if I'll make them again. They weren't as good as I expected them to be.

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
My son and I really enjoyed these poppers. I substitued sour cream for the mayo and added chopped bacon to the mixture. Also added a little garlic. The cheddar cheese flavor was wonderful. The crushed corn flake coating is the way to go rather than bread crumbs. I really liked that they were baked rather than fried. Thanks!

Tender Potato Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2007
"These rolls are great, Mom!", were the first words out of my sons' mouth. They were easy too. I did change a few things though. I had no honey, so I substituded approx 1/2 cup white sugar with 1/4 cup water. I added about 1/2 cup milk to the warm potato water to make 2 cups of liquid. Then I added the mixture to my bread machine, set on the dough cycle. Half of the rolls were baked that night and the rest were frozed to enjoy later. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Best Grilled Margarita Chicken... Ever!

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2007
I made this chicken for my husband as a welcome home dinner and it was fantastic! Due to jet lag it marinated for a day and a half but that certainly didn't hurt it. The chicken was so tender and flavorful and it will definately be a staple at my house from now on. Finally a use for tequilla in my house.

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2007
This was really very good! I did not find it too salty as some reviewers said. I did not have chili paste, so I used hot pepper flakes. I also used a whole chicken, not cut-up, marinated for 4 hours and baked in my oven. I inverted the whole chicken on a soda can that contained some water. This allowed the chicken to remain upright while cooking. Great flavor and very moist. Used this with steak too. Fantastic!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2007
When I first made this, I made the mistake of not greasing and flouring the pan. I also added some white chocolate chips with it. Between my famil and I, it was gone in a week, we loved it!

My family calls these "preacher cookies". Thanks for the great recipe! I added 1 tablespoon of vanilla and they came out great!
