Chicken Pasta I

Reviewed on Apr. 29, 2008 by Christine W
After reading the reviews I also made several changes. I seasoned the chicken breasts with s/p and garlic powder. I sauteed 5 minced garlic clovesin EVOO to infuse the oil and then cooked the chicken. I added way more muchrooms and also added additional onions and yellow and orange bell peppers. Used a can of seasoned diced tomatoes and added additional italian seasoning and dried basil. I used garden colored rotini and topped each serving with the cheese. unfortunately, this lacked a lot of flavor and just wasn't what I expected. I really thought b/c of the reviews it would be awesome but it really just tasted like a bland chicken/veggie pasta.

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed on Apr. 18, 2008 by Christine W
I made this last night for dinner and loved it! I made it exactly as the recipe states, the only difference is that I used a little extra garlic and also added some chicken to make it a complete meal. I sauteed cut up chicken with the garlic for a few min and then added an entire large bag of spinach. After everything was mixed together I added some of the cheese and mixed that in and then topped each serving with a sprinkle of cheese. Like another person suggested, I added a bit of EVOO to it to make sure the noodles to keep everything moist. Also added a touch of salt to each serving. Wonderful!

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed on Apr. 16, 2008 by Christine W
This was great! I made it exactly as the recipe stated except I grilled on my George Foreman and then sliced the chicken and topped it on a salad. The chicken was so so so good!. It was defintely HOT but I loved it. It was perfect on top of a big salad. The chicken was juicy and flavorful and I can't wait to make it again.
