Slow Cooked Apple Brown Betty

Reviewed on mar. 2, 2009 by Heather C.
I added cinnamon sugar to the apples, then used some homemade gingerbread for the bread cubes and sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. It was YUMMY especially with vanilla ice cream.

Dave's Coleslaw

Reviewed on mar. 2, 2009 by Heather C.
DELICIOUS!! I didn't have buttermilk so I used a mixture of mayo, sour cream, plain yogurt, and milk. Next time I may try a mixture of dill and sweet pickles since my husband likes his coleslaw really sweet.
