Ghirardelli® Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes

Reviewed on Nov. 24, 2009 by IronChefAmanda
Wow. They look and taste really amazing and they aren't too difficult to make! I followed the recipe pretty much exactly except I used semi-sweet ghirardelli chocolate chips. I probably should have waited about 10 min to eat them so the "lava" wasn't so runny but I couldn't wait!!

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Reviewed on Nov. 16, 2009 by artistforhire
Awesome! Made this veggie by omitting ham. Subbed cream of celery (with milk); used cheddar/mozzarella mix and added a handful of cheddar to top. Baked in oven per another reviewers recommendation @ 325d for 1.5 hrs. The top was crunchy, golden, cheesy goodness! Matched w/ creamy potatoes inside the texture was rockin'. Will make again for sure!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed on Nov. 4, 2009 by IronChefAmanda
I was impressed with how awesome they looked, then I ate one and wow! yum! So moist and delicious. I made a few changes based on reviews: canola oil instead of butter in the batter, add cinnamon and nutmeg to batter, extra cinnamon on top. Also added more banana. Will definitely make them again.
