Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pao de Queijo)

My hubby, who is gluten free, was so excited when I made these for him. He really loved them, even reheated. I used the garlic, because we love it, and I also used Italian Blend cheese (because it is what I had). Again, he loved them and they were for him.... 5 stars! Thanks for sharing!!

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

This was a great addition to our "game day" menu. I, after reading several reviews, decided to stick to original recipe, other than using fresh crab meat. I served this alongside homemade pita chips (also from the site) and it was just what I was looking for! 5 stars!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

I made these to use up the remaining fresh pumpkin that I had on hand. I have made so many pumpkin(ish) things this fall so far. These were good, even though I didn't use the the "drizzle". I did add some white chocolate chips and Reeses baking pieces. I added them (just pressed them in) before baking. Yum! Next time, I want to try the drizzle, as it also sounds yummy. My way was great too!

Spiced Pumpkin Fudge

This is soooo creamy and delicious. The only thing that I done differently was to use fresh pumpking and walnuts instead of pecans (only because that is what I had on hand). OMG! I will definitely be making this again this holiday season.

Chicken Enchilada Soup I

We really enjoyed this soup. Based on our own tastes I added 1 can of corn (drained), I can of Rotel (drained; instead of chopped tomato). I only used the red enchilada sauce and five corn tortillas. Black beans would be good too, but hubby is not a big bean fan so I didn't add them. I used Taco Seasoning I from the site for the season and used 2 tbsp. Perfect!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

The only thing I did differently was to use less ranch because we didn't want it swimming in it. I stirred after adding the ranch (probably half the amount called for) and added the cheese and then added a "squirt" of ranch allover the top. Yummy dish! Definite "comfort food"! Thanks for sharing!!

This was good. I took another reviewers suggestion and added torn up corn tortillas instead of masa harnia, so that my soup would be gluten free. The cook complete down and worked wonderful as suggested. Thanks for that suggestion. Perfect!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

YUMMY! This the best carrot cake. I made this for my Mom's birthday (back in Sept) and it was moist and delicious. She loved it also, but suggested leaving the raisins out and adding more nuts, but that is totally a preference for her. This cake is great as is! LOVED it!

Summer Squash Chicken Alfredo

I really like this dish. I use homemade alfredo sauce instead of jarred. I do not like jarred alfredo sauce. I've also used sweet 101 tomatoes (halved) in this dish and they are good too. Great dish! Thank you!

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

After reading all of the reviews stating that the topping was not crunchy I didn't expect it to be. So with that understanding it was pretty good. Kind of mushy but good with whipped cream or even better with ice cream. The next day it was even better (at least 4 stars) once I put it in the oven to reheat. Thanks for sharing!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

These are good! However, I experience clumping one putting them in the frying pan. When I took them out of the frying pan, I put them back on the cookie sheet and put them back in the oven on 350 for about 5 mins (watch closely) and this helped! Thanks for sharing!!
