About me:
I'm 28 years old. I've been married to my wonderful husband Randy for 3 years now. We have a 3 year old mini-doxie named Chaos. He is the most special dog in the world. My husband is in the Navy, so we travel around alot. We have lived in Jacksonville (where we met and married), Key West (great place, I want to go back) and now we're here in Virginia, the Military capitol of the world. Basically, I'm an all around happy person. I love to work out. I just enjoy life. I love to cook for my husband and friends.

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Awesome! We used an italian turkey sausage. We also left them whole and stood them upright with a jalepeno grill rack in the oven. Great flavor. It's a keeper!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

OH MY GOOOOOODNESS!!! yum!!!! mmmmmm!!!! aghhhh! get the point?! lol these are fantastic! i have been looking forever for a recipe to indulge in and this is definitely it! i did use eggroll wraps instead and tried half of them double wrapped and the other half single wrapped. i think the single wrap was enough unless you are really eating this for a meal in itself then go for the double wrapped. i did also use cilantro in place of the spinach and pepper jack cheese instead of the monterey jack and omitted the jalapenos. LOOOOOVE IT!

Blueberry Breakfast Sauce

Very quick & easy. The recipe doubles easily & is simple enough for a beginner to attempt. The flavor is unadulterated fruit.
