i made different meatblass but made the sauce for them and it was great! i loved it, but i think that if i didn't already love vinegar it would have been too much.

Ground Beef Zucchini Skillet

Reviewed on Jun. 18, 2009 by MMOH
This is one of those great recipes for modifying to suit your tastes and what you have on hand. I used half a chopped onion, a can of diced tomatoes, 8 oz of tomato sauce, a huge zucchini, lots of garlic and frozen corn. I had to omit the mushrooms since I didn't have any (bummer). I stirred in some minute rice, and topped it with cheddar cheese. It was quick, simple, and reheated well the next day for lunch.

Czech Roast Pork

Reviewed on Jun. 18, 2009 by MMOH
Yum! This was delicious. My mother-in-law is Czech, so I thought it would be fun to make something Czech for dinner. I did halve the caraway seeds, and used chicken broth instead of beer. The house smelled wonderful while this was roasting, and the gravy was awesome. I served this with Grated Potato Dumplings (unfortunately those were not well received), and green beans. We can't wait for it to cool down so I can make this again.
