Buttermilk Pie IV

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
This was a very good pie. I did think that it was way too sweet, and I only used 1 3/4 c of sugar...I would suggest using less. Also, the crust starting getting a little too brown, so I covered it with foil. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Something

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
Very good and so easy to do. I did follow one review and mized the butter, onion soup, mushroom soup and water together first. Then poured it over the rice and chicken. Also, after it cooked about 50 minutes, I uncovered it and put some fresh shredded Parmesan cheese over it. Put it back in the over and let that melt.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

This is the first chicken tetrazzini recipe I've ever tried, and that said, easily the tastiest. It truly was yummy and very easy to prepare. It's definitely on my list to prepare again!

Turkey Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
Awesome use of leftovers! I used instant stuffing and instant potatoes. I couldn't see why it took 45 minutes in the oven when everything is cooked, but I did it that way and it blended the flavors so well! Chicken and chicken gravy would be awesome as well. Perhaps even a can of mixed veggies in the layers. Even my children who hate stuffing loved this recipe!

Spinach-Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
Awesome! I loved this with spinach. I used only 1/2 the can of cream of mushroom soup because I don't like a real mushroom taste. And I used french cut green beans. It fit perfectly into a round deep dish 9 inch casserole pan. I took this to a Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it!

Cheddar and Onion Soup Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
Really good! I mixed the butter, water, rice, and coups together, then poured it over the chicken. After it cooked about 45 minutes, I took the tin foil off, and topped it with some parmesan cheese and stuck it back in the oven until that melted. Gave it a little extra flavor! Very good recipe!

Monkey Bread I

This was a Fabulous recipe. The only change that I would add, would be to boil the sugar and butter longer becasue the caramel was still a little grainy. Other then that it was PERFECT!!!

Lemon Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2007
My husband really liked this recipe. He said that he like how light it was and how it had a pop to the flavors. I however thought it was a little shallow on flavor in the heat catagory. Next time I think it would taste a little better with some red pepper flakes in it to give it a little heat and punch. Other then that is was delicious and very easy to prepare. Everything that you would normally have in your pantry. Thank you for the recipe.

Vanilla Ice Cream V

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2007
I have made this recipe according to the directions and LOVE the taste. I just have 1 problem, it seems to freeze too hard after being put in the freezer. I make milkshakes with the ice cream (entire reason I tried it) and we can barely scoop it out. Any suggestions?
