Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed on Nov. 27, 2009 by heavensentwoman
GREAT recipe! I love chicken tetrazzini but had never cooked it myself. I substituted chicken broth in place of the recommended water, but I think next time I will put all of the broth in to make it a little more saucier. I also switched one of the cans of CoC for CoMushroom. My family has not befriended celery, so I chopped some summer squash and sauteed it in the butter before adding the CoC and CoM. I have a very picky family and this went over very well! Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy Baked Tilapia

Great recipe! Easy prep and tasty. Even without the lemon. I just used garlic and lemon flavored Old Bay. Also used Adobo seasoning for a little extra flavor. Easy to use many different variations of this recipe....and I will!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed on Mar. 28, 2008 by Stacey
We add a packet of taco seasoning and a can of red beans to this as well and it makes it pop even more. Can also add a jar of chipotle salsa to make it even better.
