My Grandmother started teaching me how to cook at age 5. At that age I couldn't read so she taught me how to cook using my nose. She would tell me what she was cooking and told me to pick the spices by smelling them. I still do that today and it must work because everyone loves my cooking.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Yum!! I substituted the walnuts with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup cranberries,I also used 1 cup white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet chocolate chips and oh my goodness these were great!!
