About me:
Like most girls, I grew up watching my aunts and my grandmother in the kitchen. These days I still enjoy the traditions set down by my family, but I'm always looking for the next great dish.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed on May 27, 2009 by Teresa
This banana bread is very good.I made a couple of changes. The recipe calls for 1 cup butter or margarine, I used 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup applesauce. The recipe also calls for 2 cups white sugar,Used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup splenda.I also put a powdered sugar glaze on top.The bread was very moist and flavorfull.I also used pecans in place of the walnuts.I only baked it for about 50 minutes and it was done.Great recipe that I will make again.
