So yummy! I freeze them and then heat up in the micro when I want a snack. I made them even healthier this way:
Reduced the brown sugar to 1/2 cup. Used wheat flour instead of white. Used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. Omitted raisins. Added 1/2 cup craisins, 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
