Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
These blueberry muffins are great! They are moist and the tops are crunchy! I use fresh picked blueberries and they fill the whole muffin!

Quick and Easy Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
These brownies are fabulous! They are moist and chewy and have just enough chocolate. Try mixing in 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips - yum!

This is GREAT!!! If you're looking for an alternative to ordinary chicken cutlets, then try this - my whole family asks for these now instead of 'just bread crumbs'! Thanks

Shrimp and Portobello Mushroom Fettuccine

MMMM, MMMM!! Prepared exactly as directed, but had to use mozzarella cheese instead of Parmesan. Restaurant quality! Shrimp and portobellos go so great together.

Pork Chops in Red Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2006
Pretty basic recipe. The pork was very tender and my fiance loved it! However, I added quite a few more ingredients to spice it up. I will use it again.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2006
Great recipe, I only added one more tablespoon of cornstarch and one whole package of sliced mushrooms. I added the peppers both at the start and hour before finish. The next time, I will put in all the peppers at the beginning. I also plan on adding another can of tomatoes and a little more sirloin. What a wonderful recipe, everyone really enjoyed it. The small portion that was left over, tasted even better the next day. Definite 5 stars.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2005
The title describes it best. It is awesome. This was my first ever pot roast. I added potatoes, carrots and onions. I went back later and added a little flour to thicking the gravy. Otherwise this recipe was perfect for me.

I didn't use any lemon or lemon zest, just the olive oil and garlic salt . It was great!

Chicken a la Creme

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
This recipe was excellent. I did some modification after reading several other reviews. I used boneless chicken breast, cutting them into large nuggets instead of strips. In addition to seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper, I also seasoned the raw chicken with lawry season salt(this really enhances the flavor of the chicken. I added one tablespoon of corn starch to thicken the sauce. I served a baked potatoe and fried green beans for my side dishes(there is an exellent recipe for "fried green beans on the "allrecipe.com" site.) The french bread was great, no need to toast. For a simple quick meal, this recipe rocks.

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2005
I'm a single man who has just entered the world of cooking. I love banana pudding and my mom still bakes the best(however it is the cooked version, no instant pudding). This recipe however was excellent, especially since it required no cooking on my part. When even a non experienced cook, can make it and get rave reviews, that tells you something about a great recipe. I did like the one comment that was posted. I suggest that you do save some ot the topping to cover the banana's like one reviewer suggested. This is especially true, if you don't eat it all quickly, the bananas on top tend to brown the next day. The pudding actually tasted better to m e on the second day, than the first. I would highly recommend it. Now I can look Genius at those covered dish outings and no one will know my true secret, unless they ask of course.
