Pork Chops in Beer

I have a nephew that's very picky and every time he comes to visit he begs me to make my pork chops. No one else in the family makes pork chops like me.

This was an incredible recipe! It tastes amazing, the coconut and chocolate chips really compliment each other. I added a little extra of each, and WOW! Thank you for a great recipe! I will definitely be making these again. :)

Easy Peach Cobbler

I made this for a Christmas dessert and it was a hit. I doubled the recipe and cooked it in a cast iron dutch oven, it came out beautifully and had lots of the "goo" in it that tastes so good.

Caramel Bars

This recipe was incredible. I used milk chocolate chips, semi sweet chips, AND Heath Toffee bits. I did make them in the 9x13 pan, which works well. It does make the topping a little scattered on top, but it's OK, it just shows you the ribbons of caramel and chocolate that lie underneath...yummy! Thanks for a keeper! :)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

We really enjoyed this one a lot. Like other reviewers have said, you really can add whatever you like! I added extra ham and potatoes and a can of corn. Also did part broth instead of all water. I used 2 chicken bouillon cubes for boullion granules, which turned out to be plenty. Thanks for a great recipe, this one goes in my soup collection! :)

American Lasagna

I made this for company, and it was well received. The only thing I would suggest is don't forget the salt! I cut it back to 1/2 tsp because of the high sodium content of the recipe, but it just wasn't enough. It still turned out pretty good, though. Thanks!

Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake

This was a great recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter. I have to say, the glaze really makes this cake. The cake alone isn't really sweet on its own, but when the glaze is added with the tartness of lemon and the sweetness of powdered sugar, mmmmmmmm is it good! Thanks for a great recipe! :)
