Awesome cookies. I used Splenda Brown Sugar blend as I have a hypoglycemic family member. Tasted so good, no one knew I used Splenda until I told them!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

This is the second year my husband and I have used this recipe, and it is THE BEST! The turkey came out wonderful. Juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly. I even messed ours up a little this year (I threw the seasoned salt in with the water and other seasonings) and everyone was wowed. We will be using this recipe for years to come.

Sweet Potato Pie I

This is a great recipe. After readinga few reviews I did change it a little. I Baked the sweet potato until cooked and i doubled the spices. I made one to try for thanksgiving and the day before I am making 4 more.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

okay, this was way more simple than i thought it would be.. and way more delicious! i followed the directions exactly except for using a larger jelly roll pan. the cream cheese mixture is to die for! don't change ANYTHING except for the pan size.

Honey Garlic BBQ Sauce II

To cut calories, I omitted the butter. I also used less water so I didn't need any cornstarch to thicken. I tweaked it with a little onion powder, but something just wasn't quite right. Then I added some liquid smoke and it was perfect! I most certainly will be making this again!

Spicy Vegan Potato Curry

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

The only reason i am giving 4 stars is because i made a couple changes but I think it would of been awesome either way,I put shredded provolone in the beef mixture to make that creamy philly cheesesteak texture,I also added hot banana peppers on top,for spice and I added seasoning salt,onion powder and garlic cloves to the meat mixture,for flavor....thank you for the garlic mayo idea that was awesome gotta try it with the garlic mayo...twas so much a hit my house we had the leftovers the next day for dinner again lol ty for the base recipe!!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

followed directions exactly and it came out beautifully and delicious the only thing i am going to say is that i thought it was for sum reason going to be like an alfredo taste but either way i was NOT disapointed at all I will however be trying to find an alfredo tasting one just to give it a shot.ty for an awesome recipe.

Beer Brisket

This was my first attempt at a brisket and, boy, did I pick the right one. As always, I followed the recipe exactly as written and I chose Mickey's Big Mouth Malt Liquor. I can tell you that I was FLOORED by this brisket! The only reason that I did not rate it 5 stars is that I thought the black pepper was excessive. Very spicy. Next time I will cut it back half. My family, however, LOVED it with the full quantity of pepper. So, it's just a matter of personal taste. Trust me. Fast to prepare. Easy to cook. Delicious!

Peanut Butter Noodles

This rcipe rocks!! I cannot find my fave Chinese dish, Cold Noodles in Sesame Sauce, in my area, so this recipe was an awesome surpise!! I use chunky peanut butter, to cut some prep work out, but that is the only change I make. I make this at least weekly!! THANX!!!

Sweet Sausage Rolls

I made this for the kids thinking they would love it. They would hardly eat it. I guess it's just a difference of tastes. We did not care for it, a strange sweetness didn't seem to go with these sausages.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

I made these today and they are very easy to make but just not sweet enough for my taste. Could have been the fact that my blue berries were rather tart and also the fact that I used 1/4 cup of honey insted of the brown sugar. DBF hasn't tried them yet but I don't think I will make these again.
