Mama's Tomato Gravy

I've made Tomato Gravy in the past, but never had actually seen a recipe for it. I didn't have tomato paste, so used tomato sauce instead (just used a tad more flour to make sure it would thicken) and once the gravy started thickening, I added some Petite diced tomatoes. We use this over rice... never had over biscuits.

Angel Shrimp Pasta

Another Keeper!!! I used Mexican Velveeta and couldn't use the full amount it called for, and glad I didn't since my children found it too spicy.

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Fantastic. My husband wasn't going to try these, but once he did... he hate more than anyone else. I used regular carrots and sliced them like coins.
