To Die For Blueberry Muffins

My husband and I thought these were delicious. My son didn't care too much for the blueberries. I doubled the recipe and for the topping added brown sugar instead of white. I will definitely make these again!!!

Pesto Sauce

Very good pesto. Pretty color! I used 1/2 cup of oil based on other people's recommendations. It's very garlicky, but that's fine with me. I used just a few almonds because that's all I had on hand.

Gnocchi I

A fancy way to use pantry basics! I used a little less flour, based on other people's recommendations. I had never made gnocchi before, and they came out just right. I served it with pesto sauce.
