Must not be much of a spinach casserole fan. It was good but not amazing and didn't taste like Boston Market, in my opinion, at all.

I made a huge 3 gallon batch and it only lasted two weeks.. so I am making more! Only change is I used water instead of the oil because I am not fond of the oil/vinegar mixture.

This is o.k. It's like what you would find more in Western NC. We use a tomato based sauce.

Blackberry Cobbler II

This recipe was a hit with my family but we cut the sugar in half and it was still sweet enough. I think it needs a bit more water in the berry mixture so the dumplings remain doughy underneath.

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
Simple but good recipe. I always add something to a recipe so this time I added lots more parma cheese, italian seasoning, and some chili powder to the breading mixture. To make the breading stick better, I double coated the chops, with an egg bath between coatings.
