About me:
Mother of one 6 year old son. My joy in life! Soon his father and I will be married in Jamaica. I work most of the day away and come home to two hungry boys awaiting a dinner; whom I'm sure get tired of the same old foods. I know I am! I love to experiment with new foods. So, I'm online looking for stuff and I come upon this wonderful site. And I've become a addict to all the helpful information and quality recipes!! I can't wait to try the Made Ahead Mannicotti!! I have saved all these recipes, printed them out and laminated them. I am ready to start on the fun journey of trial and error and of course the best part, taste testing!!

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Reviewed on Apr. 22, 2008 by Maggie C
I have everybody asking for a second plate!, I did not have all the tomate paste etc, so I only use a regular spaguetty sauce ( garlic, onions ) I think what really gives the touch is not so much the sauce but the italian sausage.I love it, it was so easy to put together, just add a nice Greck salad and some garlic bread and you have a fancy looking meal!

Apple Salad II

Reviewed on Apr. 14, 2008 by Espri*Rae
This was great! I used mandarin oranges instead of raisins, too. It was delicious and just sweet enough. The pinapple chunks are delicious. The only bad thing that happened was that it got a little "soupy" at the bottom. I'm about to take it to a Salad Supper at my church...we'll see how it goes! Oh, and it makes a TON of salad! Next time I might put a saucer upside down at the bottom of the bowl to catch the excess liquid that comes off.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed on Apr. 14, 2008 by Blair
I used this recipe to frost my pumpkin bars and, it truly was amazing. It gave the bars a little something extra, a small twist on a clssic.
