Very yummy as sandwich spread or with crackers. I use to make it vegan with nayonaisse...I still make it even though I'm not vegan anymore. The pickles really do make it taste like tuna salad. Great idea.

I have made this for years, from the first time the recipe was excellent..I'm sure over the years I have varied from the original (I mix it all together and add Tony's and Frank's) but it was great right from the start. I use turkey sausage. I used it while on weight watchers, and even when I was vegan (no meat). It's and all around fantastic recipe!

I have used this recipe several times. I've used both crunchy and plain peanut butter..for some reason I like the plain better..it could be the brand. Not sure. Anyway, these turn out much better if you dont cook them that long. The ones I made yesterday were absolutely wonderful. Soft, smooth, very yummy. Would have been so much better if the dog wouldn't have been able to CHEW into one of the container...Well, needless to say our dog enjoys them also. She had 4.

My husband was telling me about "green rice" he use to love when he was little. I found this recipe and gave it a shot. He loved it. I have made it several times and it has always turned out perfect. Definetly a keeper!

This is a really good icing...if you are limited on ingredients. It turned out a little grainy but tasted like chocolate fudge. I used it on peanut butter brownies. Turned out good. I would recommend it if you dont have confectioner's sugar on hand!
