Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

This is awesome! I like to use a little extra chicken, and 3 cans of green chiles (no jalepenos) & splash in some Red Hot sauce. Perfect!

Strawberry Onion Salad

I decided to try this with having a surplus of strawberries right now, and I was surprised at how good it was! I made it exactly as written - and my whole family (hubby & 2 picky kids) really liked it. Next time I will use maybe one onion slice per salad though as it was just too much for us all.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
