4 stars for the technique, I used a preheated, non stick cupcake pan with a dab of butter in each. However the flavor is LACKING, very eggy and nothing else.. not very tasty.. needs something!!!

Easy Masoor Daal

i used regular green/brown lentils turned out great. I did use ginger garlic paste and garam masala. YUM! everyone loved them. this recipe is a keeper and I'll be making it again.

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Too many pecans! I even took out the layer of quartered pecans on the bottom and it was still a bit much. Taste wasn't bad just wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

The only reason this gets any stars at all is because of taste. But as for the title "The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies".. well.. lies I say. Too much baking powder causes this cookie to puff up and become cake-like. The cookies lose their cookie cutter shapes. Even tried cutting it with a 1/2 tsp of baking soda and still did not work. I might make these again simply for a sugar cookie but will never use them for a cut out sugar cookie.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

These were delicious! I accidentally cooked the apples a little too long, so it tasted a little burned, but my family couldn't get enough. My boyfriend said they were the best pork chops he's ever eaten! Even my picky brother who generally doesn't like fruit enjoyed these.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Unbelievably delicious. I followed the recipe very closely but used chicken sausage and subbed kale for the spinach and used a full bunch instead of 1/4. We did need to salt to taste. It was better than the chain restaurant's version, and probably much healthier! Will make it again and again.
