Vegetable Biryani

Reviewed on Jul. 29, 2008 by Elisabeth
Very good recipe. After reading reviews I made the following changes: did not soak rice did not add cloves because it was not in my spice drawer: did not add chili powder Used mixed frozen vegetables. served with sour cream and mango chutney which added a necessary spiciness that would probably have been there if I'd had chili powder.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed on Jul. 8, 2008 by Josie's Mom
I'm not through all the reviews but I am surprised no one said anything about filling the muffin tins to the top. I did, cuz I thought I'd go for the "bakery" look and wow, what a mistake. My smoke detector went off and thank goodness it did. My muffins were overflowing in the oven. I put the muffin tins on a big sheet pan and completed cooking. They look good but I wish the instructions told you to put it on a sheet pan to avoid overflowing onto your oven floor. Getting them out of the pan is another feat all on its own. They taste delicious, however. Just wouldn't recommend filling them to the brim.

Summer Style Chicken

Reviewed on May 25, 2008 by Elisabeth
I made this recipe using JilyBean's modifications and it was DELICIOUS. We liked it very much and I will make it again. It was good as leftovers too.
