This was really great! My mom even asked for the recipe. I used 1 cup of Merlot instead of half and no water. I also used a large can of diced and crushed tomatoes instead of whole. My guests did go back for seconds and my hubby said I could make it again (which of course is always a BIG bonus)!

Pecan Pie IV

This pie was wonderful. I made it for my co-workers. I used a deep dish pie crust and also has to cook it for an extra 12 min. someone suggested that I add 2 tablespoons of flower next time. Dont know if i'll try that, affraid it might change the flavor. I will post it if I try it and how it came out!

One Pot Tuna Casserole

We have been making this for several years. We do change it a little. I have made it with tuna, but my husband doesn't really care for tuna, so we use canned chicken. I don't like mushrooms, so we substitute cream of chicken soup. My brother even likes it, and he doesn't usually care for peas. A quick and easy hit in our house.

Apple Pan Chicken

the chicken was really very moist and tasty. However, the apples, currants (I used craisins) and jalepeno (again, substitute green chilis) mixture was horrible. I ended up cutting the chicken and adding it to sald. I won't make this one again!

Classic Fajitas

Cheesy Italian Tortellini
