About me:
I'm a 32 mother from Maryland. I love to cook for family, friends and myself. I started out cooking things that sounded good to me. I then branched out to cooking things for others, then I got obsessed with cooking and learned I really loved all aspects of cooking.

Very good, I gave it 3 stars because this recipe would be very bland if made as is, though. I just made a few changes. I added twice as much bacon as the recipe called for, added 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp basil and 1 tsp oregono and I used tomato puree instead of stewed tomatoes (I hate chunky tomato sauce).

Hawaiian Pork Hash

Great recipe! However, I pan fried them and then steamed them (the method you use to cook Jiaozi/Gyoza/potstickers/dumplings.) They came out wonderful! Lots of compliments from the guests I served them to.

Yummy and very easy to make! I didn't have any food coloring, so I added about 1/4 teaspoon of Pandan (Screw Pine) paste. It came out with a nice flavor and very pretty shade of green. Though the sides tend to overbake and get crusty, they're just as tasty and fun to chew on. Definitely will be making this again! =)
