This rump roast in mushroom soup and beef broth is tender and very moist. It's made in the slow cooker, and is very easy to make. Raw vegetables, such as carrots and potatoes, may be added at the start of the cooking time, if desired. My whole family loves this recipe. The leftovers also make great roast beef sandwiches.

This is a yummy and EASY recipe that kids love! Similar to tuna casserole, but without the noodles. You may add different veggies or use cream of mushroom soup, my family doesn't care for mushrooms, so I use the chicken instead.

This cake is very easy, very rich, and very good! You may substitute vanilla pudding for a less chocolaty cake, or substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips for a more intense chocolate flavor.
