Pretzel Turtles

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
Incredible. Read all of the reviews first and they were helpful, but this is so easy, you can't really mess it up. I used part Rolos and part Hershey Kisses with Carmel. My neighbor liked the Kisses since they are not as "chocolity" as the Rolos. My Grandson ate the first batch and finished 4 more on the way to the neighbors with a plate. Good thing she only lives 25 feet away. Will use this one often for church and other functions. Thanks!!

Pina Colada Punch

Reviewed: May 16, 2007
This was definitely a crowd pleaser. Everyone wanted the recipe. I took the crushed pineapple and put it thru the blender first. Which also made it a little thicker and much easier to drink.

Krissy's Best Ever Corn Muffins

I could have sworn I had some corn on hand, but I didn't. I went ahead and made it anyway...minus the corn. Very good!

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: May 9, 2006
This is an incredible recipe that is so easy to make and tastes like you worked for hours. My family really loved the lemon flavor and the leftovers were soooo good. If I had known they would be that tasty, I would have taken them to work for lunch instead of sharing!! Thanks for this one. I will make again and again.

This is awesome. Easiest asparagus I have ever made. Just the right texture. Wouldn't change a thing. Hubby loves it. Thanks.

Potato Chips

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
I am giving this 5 stars because I know it would be awesome if all the slices could be cut evenly and thin. I had a few that I was able to get real thin and they were great. The thicker ones were edible, but not great. I may have to go buy a slicing board! I did have to play with the time, but again, it may have been because of the varying thickness. I did have the same issue with the chips sticking to the plate as others, but I was able to carefully pry them from the plate using the tip of a sharp knife with minimal breakage of the chip.

Eggplant and Zucchini Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
I couldn't find any zucchini at my grocery store, so I used a yellow and green squash instead. Definitely time consuming with all the chopping required, if you are doing it all by hand. I used a Coly & Montery cheese mix. Everyone loved it!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
Mmmmm...delicious! Very easy to make too. I was worried it would be too spicy (for my kids) but it was perfect! I cut the wing tips off and cut the wings in half to make them look more like the traditional buffalo wings and served with ranch dressing and celery sticks. My 9 yr old is already begging me to make them again!

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2006
These were easy and tasted great! I mistakingly combined the bread crumbs with the flour mixture, but it still turned out perfectly fine and ended up being a step saver. I also triple dipped the cheese (egg, breading, egg, breading, egg, breading) and got a nice thick coat and no melted cheese running out. My 3 boys gobbled them up in a matter of seconds!
