About me:
I have always liked to try different recipes. A few years ago my daughter developed severe food allergies, so now I cook everything from scratch. I was really happy to find Allrecipes.com. The site has made my search for great food made at home very easy. Thanks Allrecipes for all you do.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed on Aug. 18, 2008 by Maertyn
This was an amazing recipe! After browning the ribs I cooked them in the slow cooker for 10hrs. The only thing that confused me a bit was the "Chili Sauce?" Found a can but it had Tamale's in it...go figure? I still drained the sauce and used it as dictated by the recipe. 10hrs later my wife and I had a feast. I made my German/American Potato salad to go along with it which was the perfect compliment...Try it!

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed on Jul. 28, 2008 by MOJOJOJO3745
Very good chocolate frosting. I used 3/4 cup Ghirardelli cocoa powder and 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar. I put the powdered sugar in a little at a time to blend into a very nice frosting. This frosting is a little stiff, but it is just what I wanted. Nice and fudge tasting. Held up to sitting out all day at birthday party.
