Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Reviewed on Jun. 24, 2009 by REDHEADEDRIOT
I haven't even put this together to put in the oven yet and the sauce tastes fabulous! I'll come back after dinner to update the review. BTW - I didn't have tomato sauce so I substituted a 14 oz. jar of pepperoni pizza sauce instead and add some fresh basil. I may just have to use this sauce recipe as my go-to meat sauce recipe! YUMMO!

Mexican-Style Goulash

Reviewed on Mar. 25, 2009 by REDHEADEDRIOT
Much tastier than regular old Hamburger Helper, for sure! I used Rotel tomatoes, added a bit of green pepper, taco seasoning and also added a can of pinto beans (as suggested in previous review) to stretch it out a bit. To add a bit more Mexican zip I used Mexican Velveeta for the cheese.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed on Mar. 16, 2009 by REDHEADEDRIOT
This pudding recipe is absolutely AWESOME!! I don't think I could go back to boxed pudding again! I used Special Dark cocoa and made ultimate dark chocolate pudding that we loved! You can't ask for a faster dessert than 5 ingredients and 5 minutes in the microwave! Make sure you use a large enough bowl to avoid boil over in the microwave, though! You won't be sorry whipping this delicious dessert up! :-)
