To Die For Blueberry Muffins

2nd time I made I cut the crumb topping in half, third time I made I did not use crumb topping at all. Very good, we rated it a 10. Have made several times and enjoyed . They freeze well too.

Oatmeal Apple Muffins

I used Fuji apples,as they are much more moist, also used a shake of real maple syrup. Everyone rated them a 10

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Was very healthy tasting. I would not use as much pasta , and I used frozen asparagus spears, cutting in 1/3 were better also. I will make again with the changes I made to it.
