Italian Bow Tie Supper

Reviewed on May 14, 2008 by MMOH
I was a bit dissapointed in this recipe. From reading the ingrediants it sounded so good, but after I made it, it tasted bland. I felt like it needed more sauce, and definitely more seasoning. It has potential, but it's not quite right the way it's written.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed on Apr. 13, 2008 by MMOH
This was super yummy. I marinated my tenderloin overnight, and I did have to cook it for 40 minutes rather than 30. It was so moist and tender. I served this with stir-fried broccoli, carrots, snow peas and mushrooms, and brown rice. I'll definitely make this again.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed on Apr. 10, 2008 by MMOH
These are so good, and pretty easy to make also. They remind me of the enchiladas that my sister-in-law makes. I use a rotisserie chicken, and also mix some extra cheese in with the chicken filling. I'll definitely be making these again.
