Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
i made this recipe for a group of friends last night and everyont LOVED it! i used turkey instead of beef and while i browned it i added 3 cloves of garlic and fresh sage and a little red pepper flakes for some heat. it was yummy! i will use this recipe again and maybe add some mushrooms and green peppers. oh and if you just spray the pan with non stick cooking spray it comes out just fine.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
We too love this recipe. We have made it many times! I originally chose it to make a special dinner for my husband, who in turn loved it. The only thing he was concerned with, once I told him the ingredients, was the cooking wine. So, we searched online, and i discovered alternatives to the wine. We chose to use sparkling white grape juice instead. Another option that we considered was gingerale. The sparkling white grape juice worked just as well as the white wine! There was a slightly different taste, but my husband loved the sparkling white grape juice more! Also, another thing that we have tried... at times, we have only had regular cream of mushroom soup. We just add 2 beef bullion cubes to the mixture once we stir in the soup. This is an excellent recipe worth having and sharing over and over! Thanks so much!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
I baked this one Sunday for myself and my 4yr old and 2yr old. This was an excellent recipe! We all love Tilapia, but have never eaten it any other way than fried. Even after it was all gone, they both kept asking for more. We loved it. I will definitely be trying this one again and again and again!

White Cake Frosting I

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2004
I used this recipe for my daughter's birthday cake. AMAZING!!!! Everyone thought that I bought her cake at the bakery. It was even easy to add color to. I have tried before to imitate a store bought cake, and this is the only recipe that worked. I bet it would even work great for a wedding cake!

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2002
My kids loved this! I took it to our Sunday School for Breakfast and it was nearly all gone. I sprinkled brown sugar on top and powered sugar for extra flavor to the french bread. Hot with whip cream is great as well!! :0)
