Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

THIS WAS GREAT!!!!! I made it just like it was written.It makes alot which was wonderful since I had all my niece and nephew's over and with my kids that makes 7 kids!They ate every bit of it and asked me to make it again net time they come over!!!I would rate it **********!!!!!!!!!!

Salisbury Steak

This was great!!!!My husbend even liked it and he hates Salisbury steak.I did change a few things.I used dried onion soup mix's instead of can soup. It turned out very tasteful!!!!

Gramma Brown's Corn Chowder

I made a few changes.....I didn't have any broth so I used chix bouillon.I also had a hard time getting it to thick'n up.It tasted really good,but not sure if I will use this recipe again!

Key Lime Pie VII

My First Key Lime pie made at home and by far the best I have ever had, so easy to make and my husband was impressed. I used 20 key limes, 2 cans SC milk and a small container of sour cream. Baked about 13 minutes it helps to look at the pie from a side angle when baking to see pin holes forming dont wait for too many one or two will do. Used no topping it was great by its self.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

We are Mexican and this taste like the Real Stuff, I used Poblano peppers roasted and Peeled, left off the sauce and used salsa i had made the night before and it was great. not oily like a Fried Chilli Relleno. Will make again

Carrot Cake III

This is The BEST carrot cake I have ever eaten I can not believe I made this, I followed the Recipe to the T and it turned out great it did fall in the middle but it is so moist and delicious it makes up for it, I added Rasins to mine.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I made this Rice Pudding and served it to my Husband Cold. He is Mexican and said it is better than his Mama's Arroz Con Leche. My Little Girl Thought I bought it at the Mexican Store in the Cup, I used Canella(spanish bark Cinnamon whole)and followed the Directions closely. IT IS GREAT, Per previous comments about sugar timming if you read carefully it says combine Sugar with COOKED Rice.

Easy Corn Chowder I

This was really good.I did change a few things like a subsituted cream of celery for cream of mushroom(I don't like mushrooms).I also used red potatoes and added a can of whole corn as well as the cream corn.Next time I'll try to use cream of potato or even cream of chicken.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This glaze was excellent. I cooked it for my wife over the weekend, and it turned out wonderfully. I did alter the recipe a bit. Instead of cooking on the stovetop, I used a grill....and it was excellent. I think I'll try the marinade/glaze on some chicken in the future...

French Onion Soup I

i change this alot.I didn't have butter so I used marg.Left out the sugar since I used sweet onion,and I also didn't use any wine.Since I didn't have any.Don't like swiss so I used provlone and added some thyme.other wise it was very good.
