Chiles en Nogada (Stuffed Poblano Chile Peppers)

i am glad i finally found the recipe for this although it is confusing because i know that these chiles usually use cream and pomegranate seeds as a garnish!! cuz that way the colors are green, white and red. that's why it's such a patriotic dish around september!

Red Velvet Cake

I just made this, and it came out pretty decent. Instead of making my own icing I chose to use the store bought cream cheese icing, and it came out good. I'm overall satisfied..just not as rich as I'm use to it being...I'll have to experiment with it a little more. Thanks for the recipe though! It's a great place for me to start!

Pecan Divinity

Divinity can only be made in certain weather. It cannot be made when it is raining outside or when it is overcast (cloudy). I also recommend one cup of sugar instead of 2 because the marshmallow creme that you add also has sugar in it. All the sugar from the marshmallow creme AND the 2 cups of suger is overwhelmingly sweet.
