I would have given this 5 STARS, but because Veronice didn't like the taste of te dish, I am giving it 4 STARS. Very quick and easy.

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2006
A VERY GOOD dish. With an overabundance of squash, this is my summer to have a Zucchini dish nearly every night! We don't mind! I made it exactly as the recipe called for. No changes needed to be made. I will make it again for my family.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Reviewed: May 26, 2006
This is a good recipe. You can really mold this one into whatever you like--it is pretty fool proof. For instance, I make mine without the tomatoes and cheese, but with a bit more garlic and it comes out great. Our favorite meatloaf!

Shrimp Red Thai Curry

Reviewed: May 15, 2006
I know this sounds weird, but, add 2 large julienned, unpeeled, seeded cucumbers during the last 5 minutes of cooking. AND 10 - 15 Basil leaves. Also substitute GREEN for RED curry. AN EXCELLANT DISH.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
After a few months of cooking what everybody else wants, I will treat myself to warm rice pudding. (No one else here likes rice!) This recipe, by far, is the best that I have tried yet. It makes a very comforting and rich rice pudding. I would suggest, however that you use only half the sugar--you could add more individually if you like. Also, do temper your egg before adding so you won't get scrambly bits. Excellent recipe.

Japanese Shrimp Sauce II

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2006
I only used this recipe as a guide to what kind of ingredients to use for a shrimp sauce. I used cayenne pepper instead of hot sauce. I did not add any water what-so-ever, and I substituted the sugar for honey. Add garlic powder and black pepper to taste. Yummy! Not runny at all. We prefer this to the sauce we get at Japanese resturants, mainly because we can give it some more kick with that cayenne pepper. Thanks for the excellent recipe guide!

This is a fabulous recipe! We've lived in Japan, we adore Asian food of all kinds and the sauce here is as good as it gets. I backed off on the garlic a little and served with Japanese soba noodles. My family went nuts - In a good way!!

Baked Pesto Chicken

The chicken was very moist and had a great flavor. I didn't have a tomato so I skipped it and just lightly browned the cheese for about 3 minutes after the chicken was done. My husband and kids thought it was great too. It was even elegent enough for company.
