Home-Style Vegetable Beef Soup

I made this for my wife and she loved it. I used a lot of the canned vegetables from the back of the shelf but the soup turned out well (a solid '4' rating). I gave the soup a 5 since I didn't use fresh vegetables.

Honey Wheat Bread I

This is my first loaf of bread, but I already feel like a pro. This bread is simply incredible. I used some cinammon butter to coat the bread and bread-pan prior to cooking. Thanks for another perfect recipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This was my first attempt at making bread so I'm not sure how accurate my rating may be comparatively, but this was easy to make and is delicious. My wife says she "loves it." The bread has a light flavor and smells sensational - like Christmas in the kitchen. I found it very filling so a little goes a long way. We'll be calling this 'downsouth Georgia pumpkin bread' before long ;). Thanks for another great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

My wife doesn't care for Italian sausage so I used all hamburger and replaced the ricatta cheese with 2 lbs of cottage cheese - my wife described as "absolutely excellent!" Another '2 Thumbs up' to All Recipes to helping novice cooks and new husbands.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Perfect yeast rolls. Lovely soft dough and really great taste. I will be trying other things with this recipe as well. Cinnamon rolls sound awesome. I wonder how it would do as breadsticks.
