Bread Machine Challah II

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
The best! My husband and I almost stood in front of the oven and ate the whole thing warm. Just melts in the mouth. No butter or extras needed - tastes perfect all by itself. And so easy. Thanks so much for this recipe.

French Baguettes

Oh so good. They were a bit skinny for my taste, but I'll see if I can do something about that next time. The taste and method could not be improved on.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
I love this recipe!!! SOOOO easy (i followed the previous poster's advice of reducing some ingredients)!! also, i didn't have brown sugar, so i substituted Jif's Peanut Butter and Honey because i noticed it contained molasses and hoped it would work.....well, it definitely did! Next time I will try it with brown sugar and regular peanut butter to see if there is a big difference in taste. :)

Very, very good. A little too salty for me, so I will reduce that next time.

White Bean Spread With Garlic & Rosemary

One of our local restaurants makes a dip very similar to this. My husband liked this one better. I wasn't quite as impressed as he was, but I did like it.

Banana Cake IX

Reviewed: May 15, 2008
WOW! This cake is delicious! I followed the recipe as is, just tweaked it, instead of using shortening, I used butter (no shortening in stock), added 1 more banana (since I had 4 really riped ones), and added probably 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Baked it at 375 for 30 minutes, DELICIOUS!!!! Very moist.

For a crunchier crust, try crumbling Ritz crackers on top. I use 2 tbsp sour cream and 2 tbsp mayo also.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Don't judge the sauce before you bake it. I tried it just after heating it up and was not pleased, but after baking it tasted great. And smelled heavenly while it was in the oven! My husband really loved it and he doesn't get enthusiastic about food. I love it also because it's so easy to prepare.
