Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed on Mar. 24, 2008 by Jenni
There were so many wonderful suggestions with this recipe who knows where to start. I added ham, another egg and little milk. I used sliced Muester and cut it up and added some Montery Jack I had. I also cooked it in large muffin tins - the kids loved that. I'll try it with cheddar next time - but I love cheddar. Bacon would be an awesome addtion. Very easy, very quick, very adaptable, very good! Thanks for a great recipe.

Asian Chicken Salad

Loved this! Definitely add the sesame oil. I used the store bought rice noodles - they added a nice crunch. I also added the mandrain oranges. I used romaine lettuce because I like it better. I'd like to try it with a fresh spring mix as well. I also added a little more brown sugar to the dressing, but it may not have been necessary.
