About me:
I love cooking! To me, there is nothing better than assembling a disparate set of ingredients, and putting them together in a way that tastes just right. Sure, we eat for sustenance first, but golly there's nothing wrong with it being a delightful experience too, is there?

Watergate Salad

Like others, I used an entire 20oz of crushed pineapple, but I reserved a 1/2 a cup of pineapple juice first, then just dumped the rest in. I didn't use walnuts---pecans instead. And I used the whole 8oz of whipped cream. Yum!

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by Mrs.Chlebda
This was very good and relatively easy to make. Everyone loved it. The only change I made was to mix the spinach and the ricotta before assembling. The sauce recipe does make alot. It was very good but I might cut back on the sauce just a little next time, just my preference.

Valentino's Pizza Crust

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by Mrs.Chlebda
This was ok. To me, the taste was kind of off and the pizza didn't seem to get done all the way in the center. I would recommend pre-baking thecrust for a few minutes before adding your toppings or better yet use rapid rise yeat in place of the regular kind.
